In July 2017 the project partners attended a workshop in Kuala Lumpur to review the first stage of the project and prepare for stages two and three.
In stage one of the project, partners had interviewed lawyers about their experience of working with refugee's. During the workshop the partners discussed the interviews they had conducted. This revealed common themes running through the different country contexts and also gave the opportunity for the partners to collectively work through any problems they had encountered and find solutions through each others experience.
The workshop discussed the logistics, practicalities and outcomes for the next stages of the project namely the legal encounters and the digital storytelling.
